Try this fun balloon game this week. If you don't have a balloon, use a scarf (remember we used those in the gym!, or even a bag filled with air)

Hello TK Cubs and K students. How about trying this at home with a sibling or parent! This short video is a clip of two Trinity students who are on the Varsity and Middle School Tennis team. They wanted to keep up their skills and work together to improve. You can use any type of racquet - pickelball, paddle, ping pong or badminton if you don't have a tennis racquet! Have fun. Thanks for keeping active and outside in this lovely weather.
With so many lovely warm days we are encouraging you to get outside and make your own chalk fitness course. Please enjoy the video below for some ideas! I look forward to hearing all about your ideas too.
Week 3 - WORKING OUT WITH LEO. Join Leo on Tuesday with this simple exercise routine. 5 jumping jacks, followed by bicep curls - you don't even need weights for this one, and then finish with some squats. Try and repeat 5 times. Take your time. Leo is a little fast here. Go Leo, Go Cubs!
